Copyright Negotiation As well, we negotiate and draft agreements for copyright clearance and intellectual property rights of cultural and historical artifacts, and Collections in order to allow the Federal Government departments and agencies to use, reproduce and display the Digitized Collections on federal government websites.
Information and Privacy Acts As a service provider to federal government departments, our firm has provided interpretation, consultation and advice in regards to these two pieces of legislation. Our federal government clients include: Information Commissioner’s Office, Department of National Defence, Public Works Goods and Services Canada.
